How their scam works
They sell phone lists to scammers. Once you provide them with a list of local numbers and detailed information you would like for them to robocall, they will run your campaign. After that, they will sell the information they collect on you and your clients.
The other part of the scam is they charge you monthly and make it nearly impossible to cancel.
Their business does not follow basic practices or etiquette. Spamming website forms and calling your clients to sell them is a fake lead generation system. (NOTE: this does not work.) Anyone calling now looks like a scam. Do not cold call with a robocall system – it will make your business look bad and incompetent. No one in their company speaks clear English; this adds to the problem.
