Another Donation Scam

What they do is scam call you with “If we send you a donation envelope, can we trust you will send us a donation?” then they try to have you pay over the phone. Any donation solicited like this is 100% a scam, and your money will only go to the scammers. From the information I have collected, it looks like they will also sign you up for a monthly charge. So, not only will you be making a one-time donation, but you will also be billed monthly.

Do not fill out the remove me from the call list. you will be just giving them more information they did not have.
